New to running and I love it
Trying very hard to lose weight
Pushing my running to new lengths everyday
Love playing soccer, tennis and lacrosse as well
Not super athletic but trying to at least get in shape
This journal is a daily dose of all the things I've done to help myself with losing weight and running further and harder everyday. It's not about anything else in my life except my running and dieting. You know...something to keep me in check everyday so I can look back and see how far I've come!
